Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes of the recruitment processes. The data will not be disclosed to entities other than necessary in the recruitment process. The legal basis for the data processing are Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (UE) 2016/679 (Art.6, s. 1, letr. f), concerning protection of individuals in connection with processing of personal data and free flow of such data and repeal of the Directive 95/46/WE (general regulation on data protection, hereinafter: GDPR) related to Art. 22 (1) § 1 of the Labor Code. It includes data such as: -first name (names) and surname -parents' names -date of birth -place of residence (correspondence address) -education -the course of previous employment In case of data that are not listed in Art. 22 (1) § 1 of Labor Code, the basis for their processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 s. 1, letr. a of GDPR). This may apply to data such as: -image -private email address and private phone number -video recording of the conversation -professional qualifications and authorizations (eg driving license, completed courses and training, and other similar) -skills (e.g. knowledge of foreign languages) In other recruitment processes conducted by APPLANDEO Sp. z o.o. in the future on the basis of consent (Art. 6, s. 1 letr.a GDPR). We process personal data sent for the position indicated in the recruitment announcement for a period of 6 months from the end of the recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitments until its withdrawal. Your personal data may be transferred to processors, i.e. partners providing technical services (maintenance of IT systems). Providing personal data indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code is mandatory, in all other cases it is voluntary. You have the right to: -require the administrator to access personal data, rectify and delete it, limit processing, and exercise the right to data portability. -withdraw consent given at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, you can do it by sending an email to: hr@applandeo.com. At the same time, we would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office, located at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. Your personal data are not transferred outside the European Union, nor are used in automatic profiling processes.
